Privacy Policy

How Nyxarion Tundravorn collects, uses, and protects personal information for clients and visitors across Canada.

Last updated: January 2026.

This Privacy Policy describes how Nyxarion Tundravorn ("we", "us", "the platform") collects, stores, and uses personal information when you visit the Nyxarion Tundravorn platform, request a consultation, or maintain a client relationship with us. We respect your right to know what is collected and why, and to control your data.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide

When you submit a contact form, sign up for an account, or correspond with the Nyxarion Tundravorn team in Canada, we collect the details you choose to share with us. These typically include your name, email address, phone number (and country code), and the content of your message. If you proceed to an engagement, we will also collect the additional details needed to deliver the service — investment goals, time horizon, broad portfolio context.

1.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, our hosting provider may record the standard request metadata web servers receive: IP address, browser type, page requested, referrer, and timestamp. This is used to operate the site, detect abuse, and produce aggregated statistics. We may also use first-party cookies for session continuity and analytics.

1.3 Information from third parties

If you reach us through a service that itself collects data (an email provider, an ad platform), that service may share the elements you authorised it to share. We do not buy personal data from data brokers.

2. How we use information

We use personal information only to operate the Nyxarion Tundravorn platform and to deliver the service you have asked for. Specifically: to reply to inquiries, schedule consultations, deliver and review written plans, comply with applicable Canadian law and provincial securities regulators, prevent fraud, and improve the platform.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing personal information is one of the following: your consent (e.g. submitting a contact form), the necessity to perform a contract with you (delivering an engagement), or compliance with a legal obligation under Canadian or provincial law.

4. Data sharing

Personal information may be shared with the following limited categories of recipients, each under a contractual obligation to use the data only as needed to support the platform:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that host the website and client area.
  • Email delivery, calendaring, and document-storage providers used by the Nyxarion Tundravorn team.
  • Professional advisers (lawyers, auditors) when their involvement is required.
  • Regulators or law-enforcement authorities where a valid legal process requires it.

5. International transfers

The Nyxarion Tundravorn platform is operated for clients in Canada and most service providers are located in Canada, the United States, or the European Union. Where data is transferred outside Canada, appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent measures) are used.

6. Retention

Personal information is retained only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Contact form messages from people who do not become clients are typically deleted within 24 months. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by Canadian record-keeping rules.

7. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption in transit, encrypted storage, access controls, audit logging, and staff training. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat security as a continuous obligation.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you reside, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction, to request deletion, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Canadian residents have additional rights under PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws (such as Quebec's Law 25).

To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. If we cannot resolve your request, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or to your provincial regulator.

9. Cookies

The Nyxarion Tundravorn website uses a small number of first-party cookies: a session cookie required for the site to function, and an analytics cookie used to understand aggregate traffic. You may block cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may then behave differently.

10. Children

The Nyxarion Tundravorn platform is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. We encourage you to review the policy periodically.

12. Contact
